These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, administered by a mutually agreed arbitrator.
